Updated: As of February 25, 2015

Please review carefully these terms of service and use before using this site. By accessing or using the website of Sakhniuk Immigration Law and myusaimmigration.com (the "Firm," “we,” “us” and the like), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept these terms of use.

  1. The Information We Collect

Sakhniuk Immigration Law and myusaimmigration.com (the “Firm,” “we” or “us,” and the like) do not collect personally identifiable information about you - such as your name, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, etc. - unless you choose to fill out a "Contact Us" form, found on many of the pages of the site or to email us directly. We do automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit our site - such as the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using, and the domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g., ATT, etc.).

  2. How We Normally Use Information About You

We use non-personally identifiable information to analyze site usage (such as aggregated information on the pages visited by our users), which allows us to improve the design and content of our site. In the ordinary course, we use personally identifiable information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry. Any data gathered will be shared, if appropriate, with authorized representatives of the Firm. We will not contact you about other matters unless you specifically request it, nor will we share, rent, or sell your personally identifiable information outside the Firm. If you are interested in applying for a job at the Firm and choose to submit resume information by email, we will use it only for the internal application review process. We will not voluntarily share, rent or sell it outside the Firm. However, it is possible, though unlikely, that we might be forced to disclose personally identifiable information in response to legal process or when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, for example, in response to a court order, subpoena or a law enforcement agency's request. Also, we cannot guarantee the privacy of personal information you transmit over the web or that may be collectable in transit by others, including contractors who provide services to us.

  3. Collection of Information by Third-Party Sites and Sponsors

Your site may contain, from time-to-time, links to other sites whose information practices may be different than ours. Visitors should consult the other sites' privacy notices as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties. The Firm, from time-to-time, may post information about programs and events that are sponsored by or co-sponsored other firms or organizations. Should you choose to register electronically for any of these events, the Firm will have no control over the third-party sponsors' use of this information. As for our own use of your registration information, that will be handled by us as if you had registered by telephone or on paper. In other words, the privacy policies applicable to our web site will not apply.

  4. Policy for Minors

Our site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and as such, our site does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Children should always ask parents for permission before providing any personal information online. No information should be submitted to or posted on this site by any Minor (a guest under 18 years of age) without the consent of a parent or guardian.
